SPECIFICATION OF PREFAB SANDWITCH GI-PANEL MODEL (75 MM THICK)
Pooja's Prefab Panels Building systems are pre-engineered/prefabricated, thermally insulated building structures, which are designed to meet specific requirements. PoojaPrefeb Panels are complete panel system designed especially for fast construction of residential, commercial and industrial structures in all climates and terrains. It's an attractive, cost-effective and energy efficient alternative to conventional constructions.
PANELS
The Pooja Prefab Panels Lock Tight Construction Panels used in building have exceptional advantages over conventional building materials such as brick, wood or concrete. They are one-fourth the weight of bricks and one-eighth the weight of dense concrete. But they possess requisite strength for most building requirements due to their engineered composite cellular structure formed by millions of small cells as well as the 100% "grip-lock" bond of the exclusively formulated Pooja Prefab Panels Composite Laminating Resin; require no shuttering or curing time & is more conducive to fast, simple and better construction. Excellent thermal and sound insulation are added advantages and panels central core is designed to give good flexural & compressive resistance as well as high thermal insulation & sound proofing.

The panels form a composite well bounded system of seven layers comprising of the following:
1. Protection layer of Poly raisin with sand finish.
2. Galvanized metal sheet walling (24G galvanized of 120/M2 microne on both sides)
3. Raisin bonding layer.
4. Medium density Expanded Polystyrene. (Thermo Cole). (20 kg/m3)
5. Raisin bonding layer
6. Galvanized metal steel walling. (24G galvanized of 120/M2 microne on both sides)
7. Protection layer of Poly raisin with sand finish.

FLOOR
Frame work shall be of MS pipe 50 mm x 25 mm (16Gauge) 600x600 mm grid interlocked with I-section 125x100x75 mm (5 mm thick) @ 1200 mm grid packed to uniformity. 18 mm waterproof ply board shall be suitably placed on the framework, screwed tightly @ 150 mm as required for proper completion of the work.
BUILDING STRUCTURE & ERRECTION
Our Building structures consist of a series of interlocking/interlinking thermally insulated panels that are assembled to form both interior and exterior walls as well as the roof. Pooja Prefab Panels provides for rapid economical, high quality, thermally insulated, sturdy construction of a building that can be erected on a specially designed relocatable locking floor or on a concrete slab in which connector study have been embedded. Our convention design for foundation consist of continuous type ring beam mounted on concrete post and anchored on all concern with Anchor plate which rest below the concrete post and attached to the ring beam with steel wire, the panels are further mounted on the rigid structure with the help of simple accessories. The super structure design can further be modified to give added structural strength as by adding additional support for center beam and corners depending upon the size and the tropical conditions on the client's requirements.
WALL & ROOF PANELS: Wall panels shall be made of GI sheet of minimum 0.63 mm thickness on both sides and 75 mm thick EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) of density Kg/m3 sandwiched between the two sheets as per drawing for heat insulation. The roof shall also consist of the same panels. The panels should form a composite well bonded system as illustrated above.
SKID FRAME/STRUCTURE: The wall and roof panels shall be anchored to a skid fabricated from structural steel tubes, GP flashings of appropriate thickness, self-threading screws etc. complete. The skid frame/structure shall be painted with appropriate steel primer and paint to avoid any rusting etc.
DOORS: The door frame shall be pressed steel using 1.5 mm CR sheet. The door shutter shall be factory made Exterior grade flush door of 32mm thick. The hinges shall be of stainless steel and fittings shall be of aluminum of approved quality fitted with cadmium plated machine screws/brass screws. The outer surface of the shutter shall be painted with texture paint.
WINDOWS: The windows shall be of Aluminum/ MS Section with sliding glazed shutter. The glass panel shall be of 4 mm thick make Modi.

SPECIFICATION OF BWP BOARD MODEL

Framework of Floor Base: - The Framework of platform shall be made of MS RHS Steel pipe's (50x25 mm of 16guage) grid of 600x600mm duly primered and painted.
Floor Platform: - The Floor shall be made by mainly Water Resistant plyboard (19mm). The platform & floor will be treated with wood preservatives & anti-termite chemicals.
Level above ground: - The entire structure shall be raised above the ground by 6" to 8" or more using steel supports (iron joists).
Frame work of Walls: - The Framework of walls shall be made out of combination of MS RHS Pipe (50x25mm of 16guage)/ slotted angles (40x40x2.5m) and wooden battens 75mmx40mm wherever required.
Walls (Exterior): - The cladding of exterior walls shall be made out of textured coated Water Resistant plyboard (6mm).
Walls (Interior): - The cladding of Interior walls shall be made out of Water-resistant plyboard 6mm with insulation of thermocole.
Roof: - The roof will also be made in panels like walls with GI Corrugated Sheets (0.46 thick)/ mounted on rooftop. Insulated with thermocole (50m thick/ 16D EP) is sandwiched in two layers of cladding. The lower portion of the panel forms the ceiling of cabin. The roof being single/ double slopped will remain 100% leak proof.
Insulation: - 50mm/ 16D EP thermocole is used for walls & roof.
Doors: - The doors shall be made out of textured-coated exterior grade panels. The dimension of the door will be (7Ft.x3Ft.) with aluminum handles, L-drops for locking arrangements.
Windows: - Aluminum Sliding Windows with 4-mm Modi Float glass with locking arrangements will be provided.
Paint: - Exterior with textured, waterproof and fire resistant polymer coatings, interior with oil bound distemper in inner walls.
Note: - The material specification can also be change according to the specific requirement of the customer.

SPECIFICATION CEMENT FIBRE BORD MODEL

Framework of Floor Base: - The Framework of platform shall be made of MS Steel pipe's (50x25 mm of 14guage) grid of 600x600mm duly primered and painted.
Floor Platform: - The Floor shall be made by mainly cement fiberboard 16mm/ boiling waterproof grade marine plyboard (16mm). The platform & floor will be treated with wood preservatives & anti-termite chemicals.
Level above ground: - The entire structure shall be raised above the ground by 6" to 8" or more using steel supports (iron joists).
Walls: - Wall Panels shall be made out of texture coated Cement Fiber Board (E-Board) of 6mm thickness on both sides with EPS thermocole of 38mm thickness affixed in between with industrial resins to form wall panels. A series of these panels shall be joined together with GI 'H' section to form complete structure.
Connector: - Wall shall be joined on corners and on joints with GI 'U', 'H', 'L' & 'Z' sections.
Roof: - Same Panels shall be used in the roof with Corrugated GI sheet of .63mm mounted on top. Wherever required MS trusses and purloins shall be provided.
Doors: - The doors shall be made out of textured-coated exterior grade panels. The dimension of the door will be (7Ft.x3Ft.) with aluminum handles, L-drops for locking arrangements.
Windows: - Aluminum Sliding windows with 4-mm Modi Float glass with locking arrangements will be provided.
Paint: - Exterior with textured, waterproof and fire resistant polymer coatings, interior with oil bound distemper in inner walls.
